Holiday Return Policy!!
Orders placed now will qualify for our Holiday
Returns Extension. If you would like to return or exchange
an item purchased between November 16th through December 24th
please call us by January 1st to obtain your return authorization
number.
If
merchandise is damaged upon receipt, we will replace or exchange
the damaged goods and you will not be charged any additional amount.
We will not take any returns on damaged merchandise after 15 days
of receipt.
If
you are not completely satisfied within 5 business days, you
can return the merchandise and we will credit you for the
amount due minus a 10% restocking
fee and shipping. (We extend the 5 day
period around the Holidays until January 1st- see note above)
All
personalized jerseys cannot be returned due to spelling error
or sizing error on your part. If we made a mistake with the
stitching, we will correct the issue at no charge to the customer.
All
returns must be free of smoke, tags in place, and in the original
condition it was received. We will
not accept any returns on cheerleading outfits because these
are made to order.
All
returns without a Return Authrization on the package will be refused. No exceptions.
